Payment and Refund Policy

Commission stages

• Pending — a purchase was reported and is waiting for review or the refund period.
• Approved — reviewed and accepted.
• Available for payout — ready to be requested.
• Paid — the payment was actually sent, with a recorded reference.
• Reversed or cancelled — the order was refunded, cancelled, charged back, or found invalid. A reason is always shown.

Payouts

Creators can request a payout of their available balance. Requesting a payout is not the same as being paid. During the early stage of Content Pay, payouts are processed manually by our team and marked "Manually processed" with a transaction reference.

Refunds

When a business reports a refund, cancellation or chargeback, the related commission is updated according to that campaign's refund rule. All changes are kept in a history and nothing is silently deleted.

Fees

Any platform fee is configured by Content Pay and shown before you take part. Payment provider fees, if any, are listed separately.
