These terms govern your use of Content Pay. By creating an account you agree to them. This is a starting template; please have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer for your jurisdiction before launch.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Businesses are reviewed before they can publish campaigns or activate tracking. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Creators

• Promote products honestly and disclose affiliate relationships as required by law.
• Do not use spam, misleading claims, fake clicks or self-purchases to generate commissions.
• Commissions are earned only on qualifying purchases reported by the business, under the campaign's rules.

Businesses

• You may only list products you own or are authorised to promote.
• You agree to report purchases, refunds and cancellations accurately through your integration.
• You are responsible for honouring commissions and agreed compensation.

Sponsorships and jobs

Applying does not guarantee acceptance or payment. Agreements are between the business and the creator, recorded on Content Pay.

Liability

Content Pay provides the platform and records. We are not responsible for products sold by businesses or content created by creators.
